Peptide Calculator

Peptide Calculator

Overview

Our peptide calculator helps you accurately determine reconstitution volumes and injection dosages for research peptides. This free medical calculator tool converts peptide amounts from milligrams to micrograms, calculates solution concentration in mcg per ml, and determines the exact injection volume needed for your desired dosage. Whether you are working with GHRP-2, CJC-1295, BPC-157, TB-500, or other research peptides, this calculator ensures precise measurements every time. Simply enter your peptide amount in mg, reconstitution volume in ml, and target dosage in mcg to get instant, accurate results with detailed calculations.

Peptide Dosage Calculator

Total peptide in the vial (milligrams)
Amount of bacteriostatic water added (milliliters)
Your target dose per injection (micrograms)

Peptide Calculation Formula

Step 1: Convert mg to mcg

1 mg = 1000 mcg

Multiply your peptide amount in milligrams by 1000 to get micrograms.

Step 2: Calculate Concentration

Concentration = (Peptide mg × 1000) ÷ Volume ml

Divide the total micrograms by the reconstitution volume to get concentration in mcg per ml.

Step 3: Calculate Injection Volume

Injection Volume = Desired Dose mcg ÷ Concentration

Divide your desired dosage by the concentration to get the injection volume in milliliters.

Calculation Example

Example Scenario

  • Peptide Amount: 10 mg
  • Reconstitution Volume: 2 ml
  • Desired Dosage: 250 mcg

Step-by-Step Solution

  1. Convert 10 mg to mcg: 10 × 1000 = 10,000 mcg
  2. Calculate concentration: 10,000 ÷ 2 = 5,000 mcg/ml
  3. Calculate injection volume: 250 ÷ 5,000 = 0.05 ml
Result: You need to inject 0.05 ml (5 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe) to get 250 mcg of peptide.
